We hope the dance has helped you unlock new ways of feeling, thinking, and moving through the world. Near the end of many of the dances, we asked you to create a card, called an Integration Card (previously Re-entry Card) that would be sent to you weeks after the dance in order to bring some of the medicine of the Dance back into your life to support your further growth.

The card is a portal back to your time dancing around the Tree of Life.  It was created during the ceremony of the dance; it is a sacred object that can guide you.

Soon after you receive the card in the mail, spend some time with your card: listen to it and see what it has to teach you. Be open to wherever it takes you.

Below is an audio file to help you reconnect with the Dance through your Integration Card. Plan at least 15 minutes when you can follow these steps:

Find a comfortable place where you can sit facing the card.

Put the card in front of you, making sure you can read everything on it.  You may include your Vision Arrow and other things that connect you to the Dance.

POSSIBLE  NEXT STEPS

  • Write down what you’ve experienced.
  • Initiate changes in your behavior that will deepen your flow.   Consider strengthening the commitment of change by telling others about it.
  • Put the card where it can be a reminder, e.g., work space, background on your phone.
  • Repeat the process another time with this card, or use it with other cards or sacred objects from other dances.
  • Reach out to the dance community, e.g.,  talk to friends, be part of the preparation for the next dance.
  • Bring more gratitude in your life. Become a monthly donor to NCPC. 

And a final thought.

Remember that the  difficulty you might experience in living to your fullness is not a weakness in you or in the Dance; it is just a sign of the power of the dominant culture that continually shapes us from birth onward so that we habitually cut off our own power.
